The Spoiler is Stephanie Brown, daughter of Arthur Brown, the Cluemaster. Stephanie basically amounts to a wanna-be vigilante. Her motivations for beinh a hero are two-fold: 1) she wants to make amends for her father's criminal actions, and 2) she has a crush on Robin, who knows her tru identity. Whatever her motivations, she seems to enjoy rushing headfirst into the fray, protecting the suburbs from crime.
The Spoiler's problem, though, lies in her inexperience. Robin has had to frequently bail Spoiler out after she has been put in a tight spot in her activities. Recently, a villain had her tied up in a building doomed for demolition. If it wasn't for Robin's actions, she would have perished in the destruction of that building.
