Helena Bertinelli is The Huntress, a female hero. Contrary to popular belief (and pre-Crisis comics), Helena is not the daughter of Batman and Catwoman. The Huntress was one of the featured characters in The Batman Chronicles #1. She was also in the Robin III miniseries.
Helena is a teacher at the school where Tim and Ariana go.
