TB&RA is a comic in the style of Batman: The Animated Series. This title is not part of the Batman continuity, but it does continue the continuity laid out in Batman: The Animated Series and The Adventures of Batman & Robin (for example, Annual #1 was the continuation of the events shown in Batman: Mask of the Phantasm). The stories in this title occur only within a single issue - no crossovers or multi-part stories here! This title is very suitable for children: if they watch the cartoon, this title is suitable and enjoyable. I'm sure that any child who avidly watches the cartoon, and can read, would enjoy this comic (hey - it could also be fun for parents to read this to the really young ones....).

This title is going to be discontinued after issue #25. It will then be renamed Gotham Knights, after the new animated show this fall.
